The monthly disclosure is being implemented. The first report covers the September 2026 month-end.

Redemption policy

Value: 1 QUSD = 1 USD. Every QUSD balance is redeemable at par, at any time, through any enabled withdrawal rail (bank transfer, cryptocurrency, e-wallets) up to the full available balance. No discount is applied to face value.

Fee: the holder receives the redeemed amount less the service fee of the chosen rail, published in advance for every rail on the coins page. The fee is a service charge, not a discount on QUSD. Any fee change is announced at least 7 days in advance on this page and in the dashboard.

Timing: redemptions are processed continuously; cryptocurrency redemptions are signed automatically and bank redemptions settle in the rail's payment cycle. The usual timeframe is the same business day; large withdrawals or those requiring a compliance review may take longer and the holder is told so.

Suspension: a redemption is held only under a legal obligation — a confirmed sanctions match (blocked property under 31 CFR § 501.603), an open monitoring alert pending review by the Chief Compliance Officer, or an incomplete identity verification. The Company does not suspend redemptions for liquidity reasons: the reserve is held one-to-one.

No interest: holding QUSD earns no interest or yield. Redemption charges and pays nothing other than the rail fee.

Methodology

QUSD outstanding = total supply of contract SP14CTSJZNKZ7YTR6C84368J2QXRW8RC20GSQ8KS2.QUSD read from the Stacks network at the cut-off date.

Reserve = USDC held in custody by QvaPay, Inc. in a cold wallet and a hot wallet (the hot wallet only settles crypto withdrawals), plus other declared reserves. Balances are reported by treasury and certified by the CEO and the Chief Compliance Officer (two signatures); there is no third-party attestation yet.

Customer balances = sum of active account balances plus the savings account, taken from our ledger in the same capture. Published separately because it is not the same thing as the token in circulation.

Each report states the geographic location of custody and the tenor of each reserve category (GENIUS § 4(a)(1)(C)) and, when one exists, the registered public accounting firm that examined it (§ 4(a)(3)).

Each report is frozen when published. Corrections are published as a new report, never by rewriting a previous one.

QUSD and QvaPay balances are not legal tender, are not deposits, are not insured by the FDIC or any government agency, and are not issued or backed by the United States government. Balances do not earn interest.
